Stan works as a Commercial Development Leader at Elevar Resources. He consults with clients across various Elevar companies to capture value and manage fertilizer risks. Stan is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in commodity trading, marketing, and product branding. Most recently, Stan worked for Roger, LLC where he led sales, marketing, customer success, integration, commercial deal structures, managed risk, and developed value added strategies. Before that, he had a three-decade long career at Koch Industries where he led sales, pricing, and commercialization strategies and expanded operations across 56 countries. In his time at Koch, Stan established a new Asia/Oceania fertilizer trading and Australian terminal operation, lead the North America and international specialty fertilizer business, and developed commercial digital business transformation efforts. Stan also has extensive experience in leading a domestic and international sulfur business, trading grain, purchasing for feed mills, nitrogen analysis, and ranching and feedlot projects. Stan is a graduate of Kansas State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness.
